Typhoeus Complete Guide
Typhoeus is a 6-star Nature Striker with a great bow. Main stat is Agility. She needs a teammate who can apply Nature Infliction so Signs can stack and Hunting Arrows can burst during hover.
The first lineup is Liino + Ardelia + Arcane. Run Deep Rampart, keep Umbra of Frigid Eventide, and open hover with Battle Skill.

Typhoeus is a 6-star Nature Striker who uses a great bow (Arts Unit). The Version 1.5 preview stream showed four lineups.
Umbral Monument: Liino + Typhoeus + Ardelia + Arcane
Packed trash wave: Gilberta pull, then Typhoeus ultimate
Nidwyrm wave: Fluorite + Typhoeus + Gilberta + Xaihi
Protocol Space: Purrchena + Typhoeus + Last Rite + Fluorite
Arcane applies Nature Infliction. Liino covers heal and a damage bonus. Ardelia Combo lines up with Typhoeus finishers.
Typhoeus spends Nature Infliction to stack Signs, then bursts with Hunting Arrows. Without Infliction, hover still works but damage drops. Arcane, Fluorite, and Purrchena are the first names for that job.
Liino starts the stream cycle. Heal plus Nature Amp lines up with the Typhoeus burst window.
Gilberta groups when enemies spread. Multi elites do not need a pull from Typhoeus, but packed trash waves are easier with Gilberta.
Xaihi and Last Rite each showed once. Use them when you need Amp, heal, or Cryo coverage.

Typhoeus Gear Setup and Skill Priority
Main stat is Agility. Run Deep Rampart as the default set.
Best Stats
Main stat is Agility. Signature Umbra of Frigid Eventide opens on Agility Boost, and hover burst runs on Agility.
Secondary is Attack. The second essence is Attack Boost, so fill leftover slots with Attack.
Gear Setup
Run Deep Rampart as the Typhoeus default. The pieces are the new pack from the stream.
During progression, any Agility-heavy temporary set is fine until Deep Rampart is farmable.
Weapons
Signature Umbra of Frigid Eventide is Agility Boost / Attack Boost / Detonate. That matches hover burst.
Without signature, use the Protocol Pass Arts Unit. It is Agility Boost / Nature DMG Boost / Detonate, so the Nature direction stays the same.
Off-element weapons cut burst value. Keep an Agility Arts Unit.
Skill Priority
Battle Skill > Combo Skill > Ultimate > Basic Attack
Battle Skill opens hover and aerial basics. Signs and Hunting Arrow burst also run during hover, so raise it first.
Combo turns Signs into Hunting Arrows and drops a barrage zone. Used during hover, it also resets the aerial basic count. Level it next.
Ultimate is the area explosion, hover extension, and two Hunting Arrows. If you are already hovering, hover lasts until the ultimate ends. Use it when you need a longer burst window.
Basic Attack is constant during hover, but skill points can wait.
Typhoeus Rotation
Hold hover and refill Hunting Arrows for a short burst window.
Core Rotation
Let a teammate apply Nature Infliction first. Cast Typhoeus Battle Skill into hover and keep aerial basics going. The finisher returns SP.
During hover, spend Nature Infliction to stack Signs. Hunting Arrows spend themselves for extra Nature Burst.
At Sign cap, Combo refills Hunting Arrows and drops the barrage zone. Combo during hover also resets the aerial basic count, so you can fire another volley.
Ultimate is for the burst window. After the area explosion you get hover plus two Hunting Arrows, then a hail of arrows on the next five aerial basics.
If Infliction drops, damage falls off. Hold hover until Arcane or Purrchena reapplies it.
Extending Into Party Rotation
Stream Umbral Monument order: Liino Battle Skill for heal and a damage bonus. Typhoeus basic plus finisher to trigger Ardelia and Liino Combos. Arcane Battle Skill and Combo for 2 Nature Infliction. Typhoeus Battle Skill into hover for burst. At Sign cap, wait for Arcane Combo cooldown, then Typhoeus Combo to refill Hunting Arrows, then hover and fire the five-arrow volley.
Packed trash waves start with a Gilberta pull, then Typhoeus ultimate.
