Core Rotation
Open with Battle Skill Dazzling Focus to enter Vocalist Stance. Team ATK and AoE sustained heal turn on.
While Vocalist Stance is up, cast Combo Delightful Harmonics when an Arts Reaction is applied or consumed. You get Electric damage, controlled-operator heal, and 20 Ultimate Energy without ending the stance.
When Ultimate is ready, cast Dawnstar Concerto to enter Cosmovoice Stance. Full-team heal, Electric and Nature Amp, forced Electrification, and a short high-value window land together. Ending Cosmovoice normally triggers 3x beat damage and 3x heal, so avoid early End Stance when you can.
As a classic healer-buffer, manage heal, buffs, and Amp windows before personal damage.

P1 returns SP on the first Dazzling Focus and adds +6% ATK Boost. Impact is immediate.
P2 adds Will and Treatment Efficiency. P3 shortens Combo cooldown and raises Combo to 1.4x. P4 cuts Ultimate Energy by 15% and eases the Ultimate-heavy loop. P5 multiplies Amp and skill damage by 1.2x.
Budget stops often land at P1 or P2. Long-term Electric cores may push P4 or P5.

P5 scales Amp and skill damage. Best value in Electric or Nature teams that live on her buff window.
Extending Into Party Rotation
Liino does not fight alone. Zhuang Fangyi handles Electrification consume and Electric damage. Perlica covers Electric Infliction and team buffs. Arcane covers Nature damage and Infliction.
Electric teams often run: Liino Battle, Zhuang Fangyi burst, Liino Combo, Liino Ultimate, then Combo and Battle again. Order changes by boss and party.
Nature teams usually stack Liino Ultimate Amp on Arcane Infliction and Ultimate timing.
